Keeping the Wheels Turning - Meet the New Member to the Langley’s Fleet

We all know 2020 has been… tough.

Especially for the Langley’s team. We’ve seen many tours cancelled, buses parked in the depot indefinitely - and the office staff scaled back.

But that doesn’t mean we’re not hard at work. I’m not one to sit on my hands and let a situation out of my control stop me from being productive.

We are already brainstorming tours for 2021 - because we are choosing to be optimistic! - and hope this COVID19 situation has calmed down by then. We also have some other projects in house we will be dedicating our time to, whilst we are not touring.

One of our bigger jobs we are quite excited about is - our super luxury touring coach!

As many of you know, our fleet has all sorts of coaches, big and small. Each has an important job.

But our newest addition will be a game changer.

Nothing else like it

As far as we know, our new coach will be the first of its kind in the country.

What would have been a 50 seater coach, is a super luxury 20 seater coach.

So it still has the size of your typical 50 seater - with half the amount of people in it.

Oh, the space!

It will have fully reclining seats, more leg room, calf rests and a tray table. There will be a multi channel radio system, phone charger points, wifi, chilled drinking water and three television screens, so you never have to crane your neck. Say goodbye to fighting over the armrest - there will only be one seat on each side of the aisle.

This coach is designed to offer a different travel experience to what we usually offer. It’s about decadence, luxury and relaxation.

All about the smaller groups

We have specifically designed this coach to cater for those tours that are taking smaller groups.

So, you’ll find yourself travelling on this bad boy if you book tours like Tasmania, Melbourne, many of the ‘short stays’ - and heading off to the airport for the Norfolk Island tour.

The best part - it won’t be any dearer than our normal touring. We don’t believe luxury should come with excessive cost! We just want to give you the best.

This project is happening as we speak! It may be delayed somewhat, due to the current situation - but it’s in the pipeline.

While we’re not touring for the time being, we will keep you posted on any exciting development we have in the works.
